★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank, worst service. Behaviour of the staff also very bad. Greatly embarrassed about their service. No passbook update since my last 6 visits. Provided a cheque book requisition 4 months before, yet did not got that. In fact they refused me to talk about this matter for last 3 times. No staff is cooperating. Bad bad very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My whole family has accounts in this brunch. It was good before this pandemic. I've no issue with the staff, I've issue with current system and management. Even now. Today. They're not even allowing people with special needs/senior citizen to enter the bank just for sit. What they're saying is everyone has to stand out of the bank. Whatever their work is.
And link... Link is also a huge issue. Since 2020 updating passbook is closed.

Embarrassing after the merger of Allahabad bank with Indian Bank, Now it's Indian Bank if you need 2 years Bank statement, in the branch as well in the mobile app (IndOASIS) unable to provide till date. If by mistake you apply for a new ATM card, then and there the Allahabad Bank stopped working. Until and unless you get the Indian Bank's card, you have no choice to withdraw many by cheque at the branch, apart from that the ATM card is not acceptable for so many banks ATM counter, Overall worst service after the merger, bank staff are also confused about what to do because they are familiar with rules and regulations of Allahabad bank, now they are employees of Indian Bank, Still not familiar with Indian Bank's rules and regulations, account holders are frustrated with Indian Bank till date.
