β β β β β Most disgusting service.this branch people never give any respect to customer,always speak with rude behavioxdr.now in pendamic period they doing mess.they keeping waiting people behind 30 people que when a person goes for take any information only.
They should classified as per customer requirements.but they only keeping all people in one que.in a bank , all customers never go for a same purpose ,easily can bifurcate the que as per requirements .
They are creating gathering out side of bank.
Pls look into the matter.there should b preference for sr citizens.how the old people will able to wait for long ????

β β β β β State Bank of India, Konnagar Branch has a huge number of customers.The branch provides almost all types of products or facilities to the customers.But sometimes services are not prompt, probability due to innumerable customers.
One must know that this is one of the oldest branches of SBI.Infact it was started its journey,when SBI was known as Imperial Bank of India.
