★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff service. Mannapuram is faster than them. The staffs doesn't care about the customers at all they will not call you until you go and ask them what's the matter for at least 5-6 times and after that they will slowly do your work in tortoise's speed.

Stop harrasing the client, if you are promoting online payments, kindly make sure your website is an updated one and not crashing all the time while making payments
