Post 03-2020, the bank service is pathetic. They don't even bother to reply mails sent. The app too, is really dumb.
With the Covid 19 and merger with Indian bank, the siitting facilities and open space for movement have been reduced drastically. The update of passbooks is suffering the most, since then, till now. The Bank App is just worthless. Existing Allahabad Bank customers are being badly harnessed regularly for no update of passbooks over a fortnight. The management cites machine breakdown, non availability of new QR code stickers, as excuses, time and again.
