I m a customer of this bank for last 12years, was visited branch multiple times to getting register my mobile number for ATM and net banking but didn't got ATM and net banking. I don't know why I got fail.
I was filled all required forms and documents with photo according to them on 24.05.2019. For 2 months, I am waiting for sms on my mobile number to confirmation of mobile number registration and also waiting for postman for ATM. And tried phone calls multiple time but there is no any response.
I really disappointed with the branch for this type services.
