★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Kia seltos early sep 2019, ever since i was facing issues of Noise coming from parcel tray/ rear seat.
Despite of several attempts by Frontier Kia, the issue could not be resloved.
Finally tried Allied motors kia workshop and actually they gave the best what exactly was need to my seltos....they resolved all my issue and car was in perfect condition...
Big thanks to Rawat sir and CRM Miss Suman who is heading the workshop and there pure commitiment in customer delight.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workshop is good. The staff is good but the road leading to it (around 200m) is a kachcha/ muddy road . Around 500 m is tight and single lane. On the way back my car became full muddy/dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, their workshop location is a bad nightmare. Their staffs doesn't know about ' what they have to do in first service'. Confused CRM and the G. M.
If you love your car than don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very remotely located with connectivity issues. Hospitality and service degraded in last 6 months probably due to increased customer base/load. Could sense the rush/desperation to conclude the consultation and move to next customer. Previously, service advisers were very well experienced and knowledgeable, not the case anymore. New service advisers pretend to have good automobile knowledge but they dont have much, in my opinion. Cant comment much about the quality of vehicle service as I just had my first one done few months back.
Overall an average experience, with definitely higher expectations from Kia.
