★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer care takes hours to respond, and most times are not able to solve the query either. Really bad attitude of employees who are not even bothered to reply to multiple complaints made through email. The company hasn't bothered to provide me with an invoice after purchasing the software 6 months back, no training provided either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quite keen on buying this software due to some of the features, but due to the arrogance of the sale executive Mr Kasar, I am going for another Software. They behave as if we customers need them more.
He didnt fall short of aruguing with me via whatsapp texts. Attaching the images here for all to see since he told me "DEFINITELY WRITE REVIEWS". When you try to call them, they don't respond. When you text, they say they never got the call. They simply say
" CALL ME" whereas it should be the sales person pursuing probable new customers.
I took a demo twice and the guy was in a hurry and ended the session in 10-12 minutes both times. He was quite arrogant in his approach too.
There are many other softwares in the market, so I would say, avoid buying this software. Customer service & support are the main pillar in such a competitive market today, and today due to lack of this they have lost my firm as their potential customer.
