★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In HR any hr ask the family background generally but here i experienced something weird. first hr asked about the family later he came for the family members of my mother side later he came to about the member of my father side. he asked the how may uncle's, aunt's, cousins, their occupation. i never heard before the questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi everyone please don't go for Aloha technology.
They are not available with there schedule interview on time. After that also I was cleared all round 1 st technical, 2nd technical round aftre that documentation round and then they go for HR round.
When we discuss about salary discussion then they again rescheduled my another manager technical round with team.
After that round they told me for capture one video where is mention that Aloha technology is great place to work, working culture is also good like thiss kind of lie. On that time I need a job so I did it for them.
Very very bad experience from HR and also from there management team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked at aloha for 2.5 years and had a great experience there,started as a fresher and i learned new skills here, I had great support and help from my seniors who were also my mentors and teachers, i would specially like to thank@Saurabh Rajput sir , @Dipen Makati sir ,@Vishal Bavlekar sir and @Sujit Deore sir, who has helped me in this journey at aloha technology,Great place to learn and grow as an IT professional.

But after 8 days I called to hr regarding final joining status, hr said you are rejected.
So suggestion to hr please don't waste valuable time of candidates and don't do drama with candidates.
So please stop fake call of interview.
All interviews taken person are fake and doing drama with candidates.they don't deserve single star also.
So suggestion to job seeker please check interview reviews on glass door and then attend the call of fake aloha hr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company to start your career here, Staring salary is low but they give good salary hikes compared to MNC's. I doesn't recommend it for experienced people no work life balance and employee benefits here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attend for the first technical interview only 5 min questioning & I will answer maximum que in 5 min of interview after i will call to hr hr said you are rejected. how to judge in only 5 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would strongly recommend not to join aloha technology. Neither Manager nor management respect employee and his/her work life balance. Basically they just want someone who can work for them 24*7 and they can fire employee anything just by giving performance reason even though you are working more than 12 hrs per day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I am a new joinee, I must say each and every person I have spoken to so far are awesome. Even the HR department handles our problems which really shouldn't matter to them much in a cool way. Seniors treat us as if we are no less than them. Work-life balance is good. Our project manager treats us like we are his students. If you are a fresher, along with technical skills, you will also learn some life skills. People here values your emotions. Apart from an employee, you are also treated as an individual. In short, I found a very homely environment to start my career with. If you are lucky to get a chance, please join the company. It is a small firm and that's the reason why the employees are highly skilled. This company is no less than big firms. I won't take names, but many people here are multitalented. They can often work within interlinked domains. Fresher salary is good and what's great is you can earn more than just money if you are a fresher.
