pros : in a word FANTASTIC
I shifted to Pune from Delhi , searchd online and reviews were avg for this shop, after 2 weeks i finally went there had a word with Mr Shafique
while havein a word with him regarding furniture i told him about reviews.
This what he said :
'sir 7 saal se business kar rahe hai yaha par, agar service ya products acche nahi hote toh hum yaha itne saal na hote, haan kuch customers rehte hai jo hume issue batane se pehle hi google ko bata dehte hai, waise unki bhi complaints handle karli jaati hai par review nhi change karte'
i am happy with their work and posting images as well...bedroom interior done tastefully and within my budget, plus i didnt ran for electri guy, painter , p.o.p wala and all the other work
cons : weak follow up
delivery date are only approximate and it might get delayed
they confirm way too much things with customer, like inside lam, hanging rod and all
overall verdict : customized furniture as per your requirements
thats 5 stars from me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased sofa, dining table and tea table from Innovative. Dining set is perfectly built with good finishing. They mad mistake while building sofa set and did not build exactly as asked. They kept the seats harder than expected and said it will soften with use but that has not happened. Tea table is of extremely poor quality. It has one or the other issue since day 1.
While they have good variety of designs, their work ethic and service is not good. They delayed delivery by almost 6 weeks than what they had quoted during purchase and their service is negligible. We asked for tea table repair since first month and it's still broken after almost a year.
