★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they don't have any kitchen nor they allow us to take food in their room and this thing was not explained before check-in. it has never happened before, a hotel with such rules. the room had no water or glasses either. the AGM Aniket Chalke whose number is given on the room's pamphlet and when I called him he was rude and didn't felt like he's into customer service. He questioned me why are you calling so late, when I told him about the kitchen's and hotel's staff issue he told me "itni raat Ko kitchen kaha se milegi" I said me I'm here form 22:30 and he said usi time pe band hota hai wherein the hotel's receptionist told us that they offer only breakfast and Aniket was just giving excuses to get rid of the call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are the various reasons to not choose this hotel at first place
1. If you are looking for a hotel with pool then this hotel won't entertain you much. It's a small pool in the backyard
2. The location of the hotel is way to far from the beaches (approx. 12km - kihim beach and 15Km - Alibaug beach), so you have to look for public transportation which costs you around 300 - 350Rs for a single trip.
3. The hotel staff was not in sync with OYO service, so you might have to pay additional amount for breakfast or Mattress.
In my case, I had made the payment, but I was asked to make the payment again. So, I called customer service and explained my case and after 3 calls to the customer service and a hested discussion of 30 mins, I got into the room.
Also the people at the reception were arrogant
It was a real struggle
If you are looking to spoil your vacation, this is the best place to go for, with regrets included in the package

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have issue with OYO. We paid full payment to OYO while booking. When we went to check in they told us that they don't have any booking of us bcoz they having issue with Oyo.
After paying more money they gave us 3 rooms.
Food quality is below average
Service is slower than snail.
Far from alibag
Hotel management is Rude.
