Cons:
1)For residential project, there is no entry from/towards pan-card club road . You would have to enter it from the mumbai-bangalore highway. They are building a commercial complex which faces the pan-card club but for residential one, only entry is from highway.
2)You would have to live while they do construction for commercial project. Thats means noise, dust and construction-workers.
3) Alternate balconies so no privacy.

In response to the builder, i never started pricing negotiation(honestly their pricing is ok with respect to the location IF they had provided an entry from the Pan-card-club for the residential project)
I was put of by the cons that i mentioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction seems to be decent.location is good but a Nala goes next to this apt. It could be a problem to few flats.
Water and drain from kitchen seems to be a little complicated connection which is inside a common wall.
Quality of electrical cables n fittings and bathroom accessories like tap n tiles are good.
Basic amenities are available but missing swimming pool.
One side entrance, as the builder has plan to start com complex next to this.but the main entrance would be on the main road which is being developed now.
Overall it's a mixed bag, n prices are high as usual.
