★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am living on rent here for past 2 years. The society is 5-6 years old and it is very well maintained.The location is great and prime locations like baner, balewadi, wakad, hinjewadi, etc are very near. The only disadvantage is, for groceries/vegetables one has to go up to 0.5 km.

1. Connected to the Mumbai-BLR highway.
2. Society manages water issues effectively.
3. The building remains cool even when its scorching hot outside.
4. Spacious rooms
5. Good neighborhood. Almost all are working professions, so no kit-kit and mach mach on weekdays/weekends.
Cons:
1. Need to have a personal vehicle to get places (I think that applies to all of Pune).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can stay here if you want to avoid going through wakad traffic. There's a route which connects hinjewadi phase 3 directly and then goes to hinjewadi phase 2 and phase 1. No convenience stores near by so if you have your own vehicle, it would be of great help..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on service road of Bangalore highway, so if got your own vehicle you easily move around.
- Society members and managing committee are very friendly and cooperative
- No water / electricity problem, Gen set backup to all flats. It starts within 10-20 seconds when MSEB supply is down
- Small temple within society.
- Other facilities : CCTVs , 2 lifts, lawn, community hall, abundant parking
Cons
- Noise of vehicles from highway
- Supermarket is a little far.
- Bus connectivity poor
