I must say a great finished product is this place which is the apt review of the place
The flats are spacious, with state of art internal structure, the cross ventilation is an plus also greenery and hill view are the icing on the cake.
Great option for tenants for residential purpose flats ranging from Is 20, 000/- are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic dimly lit unclean society ,walls in corridors are covered with gutkha spits broken tiles of lift with no maintainance,a few people in building are bullying over tenants communal differences maintained ,water issues, rowdy behaviour by grocery shopkeeper,overcharging below grade material sold hence useless to buy from them , secretary chairman are looting in name of society charges filling ones owns pockets in name of maintainance...inside of building is looking older than it's actual age like a 20year old because of nonmaintainance
