โ โ โ โ โ I'm a tenant here. The construction is 2-3 years old yet it looks clean and newly constructed. It's a 5 storey building with ample space for parking for both bikes and cars. The building is encircled by open plots and bushes. The road is not that great yet since the entire area is under construction.
Amenities such as grocery stores, medical stores, fruits and vegetables vendors, ATMs, banks etc are at a walking stretch. One new commercial plaza/IT park is also being constructed nearby. So if one is planning to buy/rent a house in Shreephal Homes or in nearby societies/buildings it's a big go ahead to ya'll!
