★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water issue in society, I've been there for 1 hour for site visit and I can see water tankers are coming repeatedly.
Maintenance 5000 pm due to water issue.
Frequent light cutoffs I asked one of my friend who stays here.
Worst sales team, I can say They don't want to sell flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst construction. More than 50% flats are facing issues of dampness & leakage through walls in D wing. There is a huge issue with STP connection with the drainage line which the builder is denying to bare the cost. Also he refuses to pay the maintenance for the empty flats where his employees used to stay. Due to all these issues maintenance cost goes up to 5k per month. For gas pipe installation also we need to pay the charges. Ideally we just need to pay the deposit for gas pipe connection. Here also builder refuses to pay the cost.
Builder has taken 80% of the amount in Sept 2020 & given possession in Aug 2021 & we all are still waiting for the possession letter. Please don't buy any flat in this society. Builder has already deleted my first review. hence writing again.
