It's not comes under pune city. So that place is very lonely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise it is a nice place, because it is near to Mumbai-Bangalore Highway. Also upcoming Mahalunge-Maan Hi-Tech city (approved by Ex-CM Devendra Fadnavis) is next to it, which will be developed by PMRDA (Still a dream) . Construction wise it is same as any other Saarrthi Group project, a lot of lacuna and quality issues, still little better than Teerth Towers. After 5 years of society maintenance Hand-over to committee with ZERO Balance, builder has NOT YET completed the Conveyance Deed in favor of society. Builder did not provided adequate RWH pits, Potable Water Pipeline and motorable road. The area is lacking development, Gram Panchayat did not bother to provide any basic facility like road, street light, water, drainage line, garbage collection etc. even after collecting huge tax amount from society. Recently in Jan 2021 Sus and Mahalunge are added in Pune Municipal Corporation, hope there will be some development in coming months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained cosmopolitan co op housing society. Amenities are Swimming pool, gym, garden, play area , mandir . Having duel lift n staircase in each building. Overall nice stay with family.
