★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guards are usually drunk and talks non sense or stop you and try demanding money. Poor construction materials used. It took 8 months to get basic things completed even after the flat was handed over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited for booking 2bhk flat. But In 2 visits i feel like there are lot of problems in society as some one started PG in that society. Society location and other things are good I liked that but only because of PG i cancelled booking.Builder need to think on this PG as it is decreasing value of there project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society but some people live here are very annoying, they make new new rules everyday like gates of society will be closed all day,poor guards have to open Everytime any vehicle arrives,it is understandable when its night time but they are forced to do so all day. There are so many other important issues they don't address,just playing in small small issues. Also you cant smoke in your own balconies,that is so gross.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is all neat and clean. Security guard are friendly in nature. There is also facilities of Gym, kids play ground and swimming pool is under construction and best thing is on second floor there is small ground may say.

Location 7/10 as close to highway
Roads 5/10 recently was constructed need to wait and see how long does it holds
Delivery 10/10 all major aggregate deliveries to this location
Society 6/10 as tenant you need to pay extra charge for using society amenities like gym ( in rent agreement you are paying maintenance as well Strange..! Was not the case earlier post society formation this new rules were bought up)
water supply is from tanker so there are chances that you might run out of water sometime if the tank gets empty
Plus there were few issues with owners not paying maintenance on time leading to power-cut for common meter impacting lobby lights and lift being non operational but kudos to society they managed this as well
Inshort there are some things you might need to face but a good place for tenants specially if you’re going to stay with family ✌?
