It an eco-friendly green building that uses natural light and harvested rain water for its day to day operations.....
No wonder its been awarded with LEED platinum rating.

- Decent place to learn for freshers.
- Site exposure provided at least at some minimal extant.
- Nice workplace & decent people.
Cons
- Workplace politics too much.
- Some employees preferred too much over others even working same.
- Some employees are intentionally neglected career & compensation wise.
- Typical Indian mentality (I mean the -ve aspects).
Advice to Management
- Project business can also be run decently profitable provided it is run with adaptability, agility, decisiveness & depending on dealing with customers as per the situation.
- Too much advancing select employees while wilfully neglecting some other employees is not sustainable.
- A dutiful employee separated is however replaceable but it definitely leaves affect somewhere in the business, irrespective of liking or not.
