Play area for children and a small park. Good place to have a nice evening walk with family.. No swimming pool though..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one word to describe would be serene. good 200 metres away from baner main road which give it calm neighborhood. flats are little old, so are the lifts but are maintained regularly. is very green with gardens and large trees. parking spaces are enough and should not be a problem. security is though. there are security gates present 24*7 but are non functional at late hours in night and early mornings.
