2. You can choose out of multiple options or customize as per your need. How much hdd, which processor, screen size, etc.
3. Price is reasonable but make sure you thoroughly check before buying. They do provide 2 months warranty but then you need to either bring system back to them or pay conveyance charges for home visit.
4. Home delivery is provided at nominal charges.
5. I had bought 2 desktop of same configuration. One is working fine but other one had given lot trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner doesn't has manners to attend customers, has his own attitude of next level. He doesn't answer questions, i was on his shop for 45 minutes and he never even offered me a chair to sit i was standing whole time. He said my person is checking your laptop and when i saw inside his shop his person was doing another work. Later when i said him about his staff, he suddenly said "You will need to install Windows again" i said how come you got to know, even without asking me password how come you can tell me the resolution. When i told him to give my laptop, he asked me for 350rs. Means he didn't done anything and was asking for money. After when i shouted on him and giving refrence of police he gave me my laptop back
