★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good diagnosis centre. Accept card and cash payment options. Big sitting area for patients and neat and clean place. No parking issue for two wheeler but for four wheeler no parking area available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience on proper diagnostics, first time did the USG-Abdomen & Pelvis mentioned Cystitis, took all medicine not cured, then did the USG Scrotum, mentioned Epididymitis, took medicine not cured. Finally went to Urologist specialist. He said the report was wrong. Its just Muscular pain like Spasm only. No proper diagnosis & finding in broader view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont think this diagnostic center deserves for even a single star. Pathetic staff and worst time management. God knows why these guys ask to wait for hours even for simple sonography..! Hospitals that are recommending this center should re-think otherwise their reviews will go for toss...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst diagnostic center - Avoid at all cost even if recommended by doctor.
Get ready to be treated like you are getting treatment for FREE at a government hospital in spite of paying so much money.
1. Charges are exorbitantly high. USG Sonography charges 1250 rs as compared to 900 rs in other centers.
2. Front desk is not at all trained to handle customers. I once called for an appointment and all i could hear was laughing and giggling while my call was put on hold.
3. Appointment scheduling is a mess; preference is given to doctors time while old and pregnant women are made to wait for 3-4 hours.
4. Blood samples are taken by reception staff when i went there at 8 am for blood test. Highly unprofessional and risk for health.
5. Have to go multiple times to collect a simple report because their printer runs out of ink. Seriously?
6. Power outage for a number of hours. Can't you have power backup for your unit when you charge so much money from the patients.
7. Lastly, they prefer to collect payment in CASH and charge 2% for credit cards. So in this era of demonetization, while government is promoting cashless payment, these people want to collect hoards of CASH. (Why???)
Your doctor will recommend this since they get a heft cut/commission(up to 30%). so you can humbly ask them for a alternate diagnostic center.
Alpha must understand that patients are not fools to accept any kind of service and they must improve their service quality.

Sitting arrangement Is too good. Doctor’s Behavior is too polite & helpful. I got compliment from my doctor after scan report shown; that the scan done is very good.
Good staff Also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alpha Diagnostics is good center with well equipped machines and well educated staff. You will get a good customer service experience here. Staff is helpful and polite. Also it is recommended by most of the multispeciality hospitals nearby. Much spacious and clean space. Good to go.
