Imax Multispecialty Hospital - Wagholi

Very good hospital in terms of services and doctor staff. Doctors and all other staff very good. Except accounts department. I am really appreciating and want to say thanks to all staff like, Dr., nurse, wardboy, all kaka-mavashi whose assigned for my father care during spine surgery treatment. Dr. Khadilakar is very great experience and clear and little bit straight forward, good in communication. Dr. Ambarish matesul is also great experience and very politely communicate with patients and he explained all questions which raised by me and my father. Both the doctors very best for spine surgery. Hon: Ramkar sir is very corporative, well nature for negotiations but only I would like mentioned here is accounts staff is always asking money on every time...not looks like better. Need improvement, I can understand that all peoples are looking for negotiating, but hospital should make Final bill very Clear and all parameters should be well mentioned. Other than this all rates O2, bed, lab are very good as per govt. Std. I am ratings 4 star for doctor, staff and for infrastructure. Arjun Nanasaheb Vagare

Nurses r very good and compassionate with their work, Doctors do not talk much in details, which is very confusing and not approachable, Doctors visiting from outside like the physio therapist, they do not do justice to their job, they overcharge for everything and not at all fair, they even refuse to clean the patient like changing the diaper etc... Did not have a pleasant experience

1)there is Hospitality good , 2) hospital staff is patient time to time take care 3) there Cleaning is good . 4) Doctor every Day patient Health Check up.. 5) Health insurance Claim so fast...

Hospital Service so bad Experience. Main point means Ward Attendent you call he come after 1hrs. Private Room Service so bad Experience i think call but not coming ward attendent. Every time ones reason Ward attendent Shortage. Every shift same reasons.

Bad experience. Doctors are not compassionate. Plenty of better hospitals in Nagar Road. Don't waste your time here. You will be charged extra for almost everything. They will enforce you to buy medicines from their medical which is wierd. Also to inform that they will charge you almost double for everything if the paitent is suffering from HIV. They justify saying it's a special case thats why. However when we checked with a few other reputable hospitals, they were shocked that Imax could do such a thing. Doctors are very cold, when you ask them for anything after waiting for almost a day for their arrival, they just reply in one word "Investigation" Don't admit your loved ones here if you care for them. They however did a favour by giving a small discount after many arguments pleading begging and telling we are jobless.

My worst experience at IMax Hospital Wagholi on 12th Jan 22 . I had consulted my Mother at IMAX Hospital Wagholi - Beby1IMAX-A-053953 Female 50 years old for Diabetics Problem . Dr Atul Bhasme has been suggested to do some test on 10/1/22 As per Doctor instructions I had visited pathology lab of IMAX to get their appointment One Person from Pathelogy Harshad came to my home to collect Blood Samples he was visited Two times to collect the sample as Fasting and PP Suger need to check both Times he didn't came with Bulk which required for Urine Sample . I was tried to contact Hospital to get report update and Doctor availability . But Hospital customer care number was not responded me after multiple time. When i reached to Hospital i have experienced worst, Irresponsible and Unprofessional approach from Imax Hospital Receptionist Priyanka and her Team, Pathology and Dr Bhasme's Assistant Dr Lady Name Pratiksha or Prajakta something. Pathelogy Team Forgot to collect the Samples they Show their irresponsibility towards petient , Reception Team Forgot to inform me Dr Atul Bhasme availability . Receptionist Priyanka and his Team behaviour with Petient is totally substandard and show pathetic Management from them ,Priyanka and her team members are more interested in collecting money instead of Providing Guidance to Petient Parents. When i reched to Check with Quality Manager Leady i asked her that not Receptionist informed me about Dr Bhamse availability nor Pathology team Called me that reports update and not collected Sample as per Doctor Priscription. I informed her the same but she was like Hamare yaha aisa hi hota hai and all ,and will take your feedback as suggestion. Harshad (Samples collector) and his team responded me in Very unprofessional behaviour and language when i asked them about why they didn't taken my Mother Urine Sample at same the time he took blood samples One Guy from Pathelogy with (Small hair) responded to Assistant Dr ."Wo customer ne urine Sample dene se mana kiya while Loughing" in such Bad irrespective language . How it is Possible when i asked Harshad he told that he forgot to visit with Urine Bulk container and That Small hair guy is telling that Customer didn't give us Sample , Dr Bhsame Assistant Dr Lady Name Pratiksha or Prajakta,her behaviour with Petient is very Unprofessional, Pathetic I was telling her About careless behaviour of Pathology Insted of guidance or Listen to me she was Like "Mala Nahi Mahit Bakicha Tumhi ani Te Baghun ghya , She told me i will send report to Dr Atul Basame wait until he respond. I was visited hospital just because my 50 year mother have serious Symptoms because of Increased in Suger level. But the way Dr Assistant Approch petient was very Unprofessional which is not acceptable, she didn't checked my Mother nor she read the report properly not she Explained us,She was doing mock with Pathology guy instead of Providing Guidance in absence of Dr Basame. That Small hair guy from Pathelogy was telling lie infornt of me to that Dr assistant Lady(Pratiksha or Prajakta) "Wo petient nahi dega to kaise denge Urine ka report" and her respond like to That Guy ( Without Urine Sample report do abhi ke abhi. Her Language and respect towards Petient show her irresponsibility substandard approach towards Petient. She was shared report to Dr Basame but she was updated me about Post Treatment after report received i asked multiple time but she was busy but she not give any attention to me and my mother so lefted the hospital without Treatment/ consultation. Dr Bhamse show his Irresponsibleness towards Petient as he didn't called me about my mother Consultantion after report received nor his assistant. He show he doesn't care about petient health problem. I don't know why i came to visit Dr Bhamse ,if i was aware about Dr Bhasme and his assistant Lady doctor's irresponsible approach towards Petient i wouldn't consulted .

In terms of services and doctor personnel, this is an excellent hospital. The doctors and the rest of the team are excellent. I am extremely grateful and wish to express my gratitude to all members of the staff. Dr. Khadilakar and Dr. Mule have a lot of expertise and are extremely transparent and effective communicators.
