★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst Maruti Workshops. DO NOT TAKE OR SEND YOUR CAR HERE. Strictly avoid this place. The customer service is extremely poor. The service advisors have poor knowledge. Maruti sells its Nexa cars pormising premium service experience but all of that is just a sham. Visiting this workshop is a total waste of your precious time and hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is gentle, service is good. Deliver vehicle mostly on time. Showroom is avrage looking. Workshop is not very spacious well maintained. Waiting room is well air-conditioned. During service you must choose carefully what work you want to be done don't leave on service executive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It a good service station. You need to keep a watch at employees whether they are working or not. Just to clean my car they took 5 hours. So this is a pathetic service if you keep the time in mind. But yes they cleaned it properly and very well. I was happy with the cleaning but time taken is too long. During service too they look good but not excellent. You need to keep an eye everytime. Because first time I left the car with them and they did the service and not cleaned my car and God knows they did the service too or not. Still it's the nearest to my home so I prefer them and I am optimistic that they will do well in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my car serviced from them (according to them) and my car is now like butter , very very smoother than before.You know , at suitable intervals you should get your car serviced according to them and not get emotional for 2k-3k ? I got my last service done before 2 years or so , but now I did according to the service advisor and its like wow.
Especially meet the service advisor Mr. Trilochan Tiwary for smoother experience.

Technicians are all soft spoken and do team work in case of any critical job.
They have good space to accommodate 12 cars in one go at service area.
Rest, they have ample space in washing area and gallery.
Special thanks to Mr. Ramandeep Singh, he technically seems more sound.. did the post checks and gave good time to test drive/monitor the things before closing the job card.
