★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service we know lock down is going due to Korona but the staff is not responding to customers. Customer get his token but as per token system when his number come he must be called on counter but here when his number come he has to wait again in other que .
This is harrashment of customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. Get ready to waste 4-5 hrs on working days too. Samsung quality of service and product is downgrading as every second counts. Please either upgrade the technical and interpersonal skills of the staff. Not a place worth to visit. Instead of going there buy a new mobile rather than Samsung.

I requested for quick resolution to the problem with my phone. Service engineer Mr. Munish Bodake responded positively on the request and returned the repaired phone within four hours.
All service engineers were very quick in handling the cases.
