It has five to six counters for attending the service related issues of customers but merely one or two counters work at a time other counters kept empty so customers have to wait for their turn. The entrance of the building and around the entry into the lift is not clean. It is not at the mark for samsung customers. No lady attendant was there if any lady customer wants to discuss their problem about device.
