★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service.whenever internet is down, they either turn off their mobile phones or do not take the calls.
Not recommended for people who work from home & need consistent internet connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cut your internet services after midnight(12am). And then they turn it on after 7a.m. in the morning(*trying to be smart*). I have been facing this problem since a month now. Even after complaining everyday they didn't correct it. I know this is my last month using their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you can, avoid this ISP at all costs! Speed drops from 50 to 22 to 2 Mbps with time. maximum during the day and it keep on falling during the night. same goes for the ping. fro 3 to 22 to 97 ms from morning to night. excitel was better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very decent services in cheap price point.after reading so many negative reviews about alphanet broadband i never wanted to opt for this connection but in lockdown situation they are only able to provide connection in same day.post connection service is also good response time is maximum 2 hours.you can go for this internet provider.

I have Started using their Broadband from 29-30 November (After My exams got over)
But They Just Enede the Service by 20 December only by saying that The Connection was started on 20 November
Now They Have blocked my registered numbers
And Whenever i call them and say that i am ____(Gives my Connection Details) they Just Simply Hang The call!
I will request you to never ever use their Services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad service. They are fraud persons. Take money as security deposit and at time of internet disconnection, they refused to refund the Money. Owners have no etiquette to talk with customers. They are running a Private Limited company but do no know how to run it, how to provide service to customers. All must avoid such kind of company and people. They are false people and do no refund the security deposit amount. According to them security deposit amount means if you disconnect your connection within 1 year otherwise they do not refund any money
