I must say it is a great faculty to maintain your shape. The trainers [Mr. Olympia, Arvind Mahala and Mr. Manish Vats] here are focused as well as hard-working. Been working out here for around 3months and tbh I have seen great results in myself.....
The best gym in my knowledge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very best experience with am 2 pmgym, I was very slim, they provided me a good diet plan to gain weight, and trainers are and highly professionals, with diet and regular exercises gave me the results of fit and toned up body. Not only this, the gym is cleaned and hygienic plus environment is best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If one is looking for a total transformation, I would like to recommend you AM2PM gym as I have personally been training here and tbh it's been a great experience....... The trainers here are awesome, they friendly as well as hard working, they gonna guide you side by side.
All kinda equipment and machines are present here... Trust me you can see the results pretty quick if you are dedicated and motivated.
At the end I will recommend you to join here for quick and great results...
