★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my HP 17" Laptop for basic servicing. Had initially sought assistance from another online Computer Workshop with an attractive website online. Was disappointed by the quote their Technician gave me notwithstanding the fact that he wanted to take it with him, was hours late and gave a quote of close to R4000 for a keyboard replacement. ?? This Jit withstanding that being a foreigner had been to the Computer Bazaar in Bangalore. where people were literally hawking their services. Amacson came highly recommended by a close friend who stopped me on my way to the bazaar to ensure he sent me to them. What a blessing this turned out to be! We took 2 laptops. The service we received was exemplary for the price we paid. Both laptops are now in tip-top operating condition. The Staff gave us cost-saving options to choose from Despite these options, none was exorbitantly priced. And the boss did the job himself. As we were able to wait for the servicing, people kept streaming in and we could tell that it was not just us enjoying these personalized services. These guys give good value for your time and money. Humble and friendly. Respectful. Good people. VERDICT? A******! Exemplary & above Par!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with the Samsung desktop monitor, it was hard to find service centres that repair monitors. Staff at Amacson were quick to respond and sorted the issue instantly. Very polite and great service. I felt such service centres help sort issues quickly unlike Company Service Centre where the waiting time is long. Great job by Amacson Tech.
