★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the place many times , and recently regarding my MI laptop , as the product was new so the staff responded very honestly that they do not have the parts so there is no reason to service my laptops , otherwise some stores take your laptop regardless of not having parts and exploit your laptop . I assure you the staff behaves very professionally and gets your work done , some people have faced problems that might be honest or they are just making the issue look bigger , my POV you should visit the place for your laptop service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. No one takes care of customer. My computer's Cpu box was repaired and charged for Rs600. After switching it on for 2 min , it got switched off again. I requested him so many times to come and take it back to repair, but that is ignored till today(around 6 days). I have been cheated by this. Atlast I had to get it repaired by some other place.
Edit: Wait.. Evn after changing the SMPS box why didn't the system work properly? I requested you so many times and also sent you my location. You didn't come neither on that day nor on Monday and you didn't bother to call back ,this shows that you ppl won't take care of customers. I took it to another technician... The connections were not proper. I don't want to speak more about this.
