★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital has very good doctors. But the reception staff are very careless and inexperienced.
I visited Dr. Namrita (Gynecologist). She was very professional and I was extremely comfortable to converse with her. She gave me complete guidance and explained everything very clearly. Her medication also improved my skin health.

I was under the treatment of Dr. Namratha
I must say she is one of the most kind, loving humble and very supportive Doctors that I have come across.
The very first time I met her and spoke to her I immediately started feeling much better.
There is something about her that gives you the assurance and confidence that all is going to be well.
Even after the treatment she always enquires about your wellbeing.
She is more of a friend to you and that's what makes you feel better immediately.
I wish her all the best and may God bless her.
Lakshmi Hospital should be proud to have a her.

She is very organized, thorough in her analysis and diagnosis.. she is very genuine, explains everything in detail and took out enough time to explain about all my questions. This is my first pregnancy and needed someone like her.. I am very grateful to her. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hospitals around RT Nagar. The doctors and the nursing team's treatment and care have saved us from covid. The hospital atmosphere and cleanliness is well maintained. The doctors are down to earth. Highly recommended. Dr Shaily's treatment is the best. She treats and explains all your queries with a lot of patience. And Dr. Sriram knows what is best for you and treats you wholeheartedly.
I'd like to express my gratitude especially when they both attended us whenever we needed and had a medical emergency without hesitation. Thank you so much for saving lives with smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was something less than 1star I would have opted for it. One of the worst experience of my life, They are not keen on patients emergency condition rather try sell their hospital wards as soon as u enter. And they don't have any fixed billing system it depends on the status of the patient.
Note: The Admins behaviour was very rude and unapologetic.
Silver Lining: The Nurses they have do their job at the most satisfactory level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with the first interaction with the hospital and the exact issue and cause of the sickness was explained to me by Doctor Shailey and she was patient enough to listen to all the problems and was very open about the issue and did not give any false hopes.
It's been 2 weeks and we are seeing good results and hoping for the best.
Good job in maintaining a bond with the patients and always extending her support anytime outside regular visiting hours as well ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is located just beside to Ganganagar bus stop. It is in busy main road, it can be seen from the main road itself. There is a medical store also attached to it. The hospital is good and neat, however its not very hygienic, and spacious, the rooms are ok ok. They do not have much felicities, the hospitality of the attendies is also ok ok nothing great to say about the hospital. For any small things yo may visit here.
