★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not a good experience at all. As a first time visitor I was not aware about their treatment although i asked them on phone what is the charges for consultancy-they told me Rs 600 on phone.......
When i visited ,then They take me to dietician....I dont know y? Then they take me to their most expensive test machine for RISC test-------till today i am not known about this test which was a preventive test.This is my worry n they sud atleast asked me befor the test as there fee is Rs 2200.Although Dietician were good at their Knowledge and skill.
The last i visited to endocrinologist which i dont think any good panel of doctors as they claim in the advertisements they charge Rs 600 consultancy which was not worth more than Rs 300.
The entire experience was very bad.....
plz Enquire the every thing before visit.......as i Believe it is totally money making business and not more than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very bad experience for us at Life Span, R T Nagar last week.Firstly, their website needs to be properly updated with correct information in order to prevent them for mis guiding common people. I initially booked an appointment for Sunday, last week as per their website on Sat evening at 5:30 PM and got a confirmation for the same.
However, I just wanted to re-check on the check and decided to call them and was informed that the clinic was actually closed on Sun and hence I was asked to rush immediately on the same day itself. Also the website mentions the timings till 7PM. But I was advised by Mr. Vinod that the doctor would be available only till 6:45PM, as they close at the same time. Hence had to rush to the clinic in a very hurried manner. No patients were there and we were amused by the fact that we were only told to rush at the earliest by Mr.Vinod. It was all empty with only one doctor available.
Also, I informed the staff to correct their website. The other drawback is that the doctor we consulted is the only senior doctor and the other doctors showcased on their website don't even have any of their qualifications or names listed properly . Also the RT nagar clinic is quite shabby and small. The dietitian seems totally uneducated and in turn seeks info from us itself like an astrologer and the best part is that we still haven't received the diet plan yet on an email, despite being over 5 days and instead we just receive calls, checking about the feedback of their services which is nothing but pathetic!!
Do not visit Lifespan unless necessary...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome clinic. I had been there morning with my grandma who is a diabetic. The staff there are really good. The Doctor is also too good. My grandma's sugar levels came down and she is very happy now. Thank you Lifespan Rt nagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time I spent nearly 12 k for complete package for my parents, first impression was good and got more knowledge on diabetes. As you move on you will see real face of the clinic. They refused to give me medicine saying that I have to see the doctor 3 months once else. I do not want to see the doctor, medicines are working fine and we are glad to buy medicine. We do not want to see the doctor as same thing is repeated and charges 600 as consultation. No alternative way of treatment, no encouragent. I would have given 5 stars if they would have listen to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lifespan is very good for diabetics. R.T.Nagar branch has a very good doctor,Dr.Sudharshan. He is a very cool Dr, doesn't give tension to the patients and treats them well. My mother is a diabetic and she had fluctuations in her sugar levels. When we weñt to him,he patiently heard her woes and started the treatment. I haven't met such a doctor for a long time, his approach,his humour and his friendliness is the main attraction. Highly recommended.
Receptionist, assistant to Dr are also very friendly, helpful n co-operative. Overall,Lifespan is a good clinic for diabetics.
