No one.lifts the phone for take prior appointment, they pull out the wire and keep ringing, when we reach hospital they say we have pulled out wire, if we visit hospital they talk very rudely, doctor thinks he is the one and only best in RT Nagar, not ready to see the patient when there is emergency, I would not recommend patient to visit this doctor,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have consulted Doctor Pangal since a teenager during seasonal changes with viral infection, the medicine and his treatment is bang on & resolves the issue very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is he doctor or politician/officer to take prior appointment?!! Do ppl get sick on known time and date to take prior appointment with such doctors??
When a patient visits hospital with high fever around 8.45PM, least bothered to see patient since patient did not have appointment!!! Though we were ready to wait, he did not allow since there was no appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only reason I went to clinic coz of doctor who is undoubtedly good doctor. However the staff is Very irresponsible and ignorant. Staff and nurse think they themselves are doctors and behave very rudely with patients who are waiting. Coz of his staffs doctor is loosing his reputation. I will never go to this clinic.

The clinic timing is 9 a.m to 1 p.m. I tried calling the clinic from 9 a.m to 10 a.m in the morning but no response. Though I reached there around 12 noon, I was asked to come in the evening. There were hardly any patients and I could see medical representatives waiting to meet the doctor.
When I enquired about calling and taking appointments they informed me that I should call before 8:30 to take an appointment. The next time when I was sick I tried calling the clinic multiple times from 8 to 8:30 in the morning, but still no response.Very rude attitude from staff working there.
Even though I mentioned about the staff behaviour to the doctor when I met him, I feel it is still the same. I do not recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say doctor pangal is the best Doctor , he s treating me for cold and fever since I have was 3 months and now I’m 30 .. I totally trust him with his treatment, the best!! NOW I WANT TO TELL ABOUT THE STAFF WHO ARE REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
As usual I took a appointment and reached the clinic to see I was the second person in the queue . I saw ppl coming after me and walking inside to doctor. I was polite enough to ask could u please tell me my token number to meet the doctor,, this lady who Not the receptionist, yelled at top of her voice just go sit and wait, we know when to let u inside,, all I did is to not to speak a word back came and sat back in my place.. I waited and I waited all they did is let others in,, when I got up to go next, 2 ladies came chasing me just to tell to the doctor she was next in queue ,,, but that’s exactly what I asked as waiting was no problem!! It’s just the bad attitude people behave with patients ! Very disappoint with the the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a major Back Muscle issue... He did fix it thought. But the problem with the clinic is not the doctor. He's good. If the staff. They never pick up calls to begin with. They act like they're doing us a favour by giving us the appointment. Also they never follow Queue/ Token system. I really don't understand why the appointment is necessary then
