My Suggestion is don't book this for wadding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a very bad experience in this amaira hotel for 2 days stay. would not recommend to anyone. no respect for OYO customers. rooms given to us were having very dirty pillows, chair, bedsheet, blanket, phone. phone to reception was not working. Even after asking the bedsheets/blankets were not changed, as they didn't have. bathroom was having water leakage and the fixature were dirty. They could fix that as well. tv was not working, it wasn't fixed by the hotel during our stay. the geyser was not giving hot water. hotel staff told it can not be hot/warm water. to get few things fixed, i had to make multiple complaint to the reception for which i had to go to groud floor everytime since the landline was not working. spent 2 hours to do complaint and get few things done. towels were only given after asking. proactive they never came to help for anything. food was not good. Staff in the hotel was not pleasant. OYO standard are very low at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are ok ok. Space is not for more than 150 peoples. Book both floors if required more space. Staff are good. Catering services and quality of food is also good. Behaviour of management if fair. If you are here for any occassion or function and face any difficulties, just contact Admin or manager at counter. Another factor is parking problem, although the valets there adjusts the visitor's cars fairly but still you will face that issue. Rooms are very neat and clean and have capacity of 5 peoples with extra mattress. Overall fair place for small and medium gatherings.
