★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully laid out, ample space for parking, multiple options in Banana Tree to conductor fucntions, gathering wise banquets available. Only challenge is the leading road which is in shambles. Valet stumbles whenever they have functiona lined up in all banquets. Overall average food but likeable decoration. Average DJ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our function last month, the food and banquet floor mangers were really helpful and cooperative.
But the sales and management staff were extremely rude, unprofessional and ill mannered. Lady name Chavi is very rude and unpleasant. At fist (before the booking) she was very sweet and after the booking she was completely different.
They will charge you extra for everything. For ex: they asked 1200/- for a hashtag and the actual market value of same is only 300/400 bucks. Very bad experience.
DO NOT deal with her if you want hassle free and transparent communication.
The way she will talk is very authoritative and unpleasant.
Our experience says as a Banquet Zestin is a good place but avoid meeting scamster like these ladies who will definitely in any a way tried to blackmail in any a way and will spoil your function mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place for marriage and other big parties with big crowd. They have 4 sections for 4 married and other parties same time. The built is beautiful and lower section have enough space for all type functions and celebration. But upper section is little in comparison. They have clean rooms and bathrooms and toilet. Parking space not available and you have to outside at your own risk. It's become very bad when all crowd from 4 parties gather outside area, very noisy and full of headache.

I had ambiance is good
But taste I think chef would not taste the food all are over saltey i spend my 40year in this line this type of salt I have not tasted . This is not complain only please check it then send it

Food is very nice and we'll maintained
Services are good..
Very nice ball rooms.. toilets are clean and bigger in size.
Food section are divided into 4 parts..
You can design or plan accordingly to the functions or the party of your level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This banquet hall is nearby Anand vihar bus stand, in Sahibabad industrial area. It offers valet parking service. It is big enough to cater the gathering of 100-200 guest. Washrooms are well maintained, well decorated. Ambient light and well placed decorative items and arts.
