★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company offered good quote while transporting our company vehicle to Bengaluru. Talked nicely at the time of booking and arranged smooth booking and pickup.
But even after lapse of two months they not provided a invoice/ insurance certificates as they claimed insurance was done. The person who arranged for vehicle booking blocked this office contact. Staff don't know how to behave professionally. We filled more than 22 liters of diesel at the time of booking as per their requirement. At the time of delivery the guy who come for delivery asking for Rs.500/- as diesel charge without any bill. The vehicle is fitted with vehicle tracking system, hence we come to know that vehicle hardly run around 80-90km from pick up point to delivery point. Remaining diesel was stolen by staff.
Behaviour of staff is Pathetic if ask for any documents as they claiming for insurance gst etc.
I visited their office as they claimed to be in Gurgaon. However no one knows the address and its hard to find the address their.
