★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a well located, 'value for money' property especially if you're new to the city and have to stay here for a longer duration of time. It's 2 kms from the Huda city centre metro station, which also has a huge car park. It has a kitchen that you can easily stock up from markets close by. All in all, a property offering a home like stay with facilities that hotels offer - exactly what a service apartment should do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were totally tricked by this company. We had booked and paid advance a month ahead after seeing the pictures and talking to Shailendra. I had clearly confirmed that we would be staying for 4 days with kids and senior citizens, and he had assured this apt was fully furnished with cookware, washing m/c etc. On our day of arrival we found the entire apartment (4BHK) filthy, no cookware or cutlery, no plates or pans even. The bathrooms were filthy too. There was coats of dust on the bedroom linen. We were hungry tired and had to book ourselves into a hotel. Its been 2 months since and they did not even refund our advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the service apartment for good 10 days. Stay with them was one of the most pleasurable experience I have ever experienced. The room was nice, large and clean. Bathroom was well maintained and spotless. Service was exceptional. Staff were welcoming and forthcoming, ensuring that each every need was well addressed and timely actioned. They offered two varieties of breakfast - Indian and Continental, though standard but wholesome. The could go on. In summary, it was surely a better experience than what I may have experienced at a 5star hotel. The manager, Alok delivered what he'd promised. Least to mention, their house boy Sanjay takes the cherry.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I were in Gurgaon, India for 6 months and we stayed in a beautiful service apartment at the Perch. We experienced amazing quality service that exceeded our expectations. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, housekeeping was fantastic, the rooms were kept very clean and they maintained a very high standard of hygiene, the security team was always efficient and ready to help when we needed assistance. We felt like we were one big family as everyone went out of their to ensure that we were comfortable and happy all the time. We had visited India for our son's bone marrow transplant and the efficiency of everyone at The Perch helped ensure our son's road to recovery was easy and had no incidences of infections as they made sure his room and linen were clean all the time. We will definitely have very fond memories of the place especially that of the staff. We will definitely miss all of them particularly Sushila, Sujit, Monu and Sharad. Great going Perch, can't wait to stay there again on our next visit to India. I recommend it highly to anyone that wants a great place to stay.

Management to should teach them how to treat their guests which is the mostly essential need for the guests to have peace of mind and security ..............

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very good place. The accommodations are sound and the staff very helpful day and night.
I'm an expat from Europe and I stayed there for 3.5 years because they made me feel at home. It is not a hotel but a service apartment, meaning that you can enjoy some privacy & some "home style" comfort but still you can count on the Perch staff for cleaning, cooking or anything else.
A very special thanks to Vishal, Sanjay, Animesh, the aunti's and the guard. I look forward coming back :)
