★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will rate this place as "exceeds expectations" and my reasons are :
1) If you are residing at Amanora, you either work at Magarpatta or nearby, in most cases. After a hectic day at work, you will not perhaps be best placed to drive to HADAPSAR market for your shopping. This departmental store thus addresses this gap.
2) For a newie to Pune, like me, figuring out the place for "where-to-go-for-what", takes time. This store enables you purchase most of your requiremements under a single roof. Once you are attuned to the city, you have a large market to cater to your needs all around. Until then, this is your life saviour.
3) This store accepts Google Pay/Tez too. So there is no mandate for you to carry your purse and cards.
4) This store also offers"deliver-at-home". Again a helpful support for all elderly, home makers with/without kids and/ working people.
What can be considered for a higher up in rating:
1) line extension of offerings ( plastic chairs etc)
2) depth of current offerings ( greater variety of current products on shelf)
3) store ergonomics (the store slightly stinks, on shelf products are dusty, the section of tiffin boxes was a mess, logical arrangement of sections in the store - laundry followed by home care etc.)
I am happy with this place and sorta regular customer there.
