আমি Pushpanjali Textiles, Rishra. এর Manager হয়ে আপনাদের সবাই কে জানাতে চাই যে এই AMAR JACQUARD, Ludhiana. Punjab নামক company টি একদম বাজে এবং ভুয়া। এদের থেকে আমরা ৪টি rapier loom with jacquard কিনেছিলাম গত এপ্রিল মাসে। আমাকে এই companyr মালিক Mr Harvinder Singh তখন বলেছে মেসিন কেনার ২১ দিন এর মধ্যে চালু করে দেবে। আজ অক্টোবর মাস এর শেষ হতে চলছে আমার একটিও মেসিন চালু করে দিতে পারেনি। এরা লোক পাঠাতেন তারা একের পর এক জিনিস খারাপ করে চলেগেছে। এদের কোনো কেউ ভালো কাজ জানে না। এর মধ্যে এমন ও হয়েছে যে এদের ২ জন লোক আমার company'r গেট ভেঙে রাত ৩টের সময় টাকা চুরি করে পালিয়ে গেছে। এখন এই Mr Harvinder Singh এবং এদের আরো মালিক রা যেমন Mr Jagmeet Singh আমার ফোন ধরছে না, এবং এদের লোকজন যাদেরকে এরা এতদিন পাঠিয়ে ছিল মেসিন চালু করে দেওয়ার জন্যে তাদেরকে ফোন করলে তারা বলে তারা নাকি AMAR JACQUARD এর চাকরি ছেড়ে দিয়েছে মানে এরা এতোটা নিজেদের সাথে জরিত। আজ আমি নিরুপায় হয়ে সর্বস্ব হারিয়েছি। তাই আমি সবাইকে সাবধান করছি এদের থেকে মেসিন নেবেন না, নিলে আমার মতন এরকম ভুগে সর্বস্ব হারাতে তৈরি থাকুন। আমার মত এই West Bengal এ আরো অনেকেই ভুগছেন যারা ভয় পেয়ে আছেন এটা ভেবে যদি তাদের মেসিন চাল না হয় তাই কিছু বলতে পারছেনা । আমরা চেয়ে ছিলাম এরকম ছোট শিল্প করে কিছু গরিব মানুষ কে কাজ এর যায়গা তৈরী করে দিতে পারব কিন্তু আজ আমরা নিজেরাই অসহায় হয়ে পথে বসে যাচ্ছি। আমার কথা মিথ্যা না সত্যি সেটা নিজ চোখে দেখে প্রমাণ নিতে আমার company তে আসতে পারেন। PUSHPANJALI TEXTILES 174, Rishra Bamunari. We bought 4rapier looms with jacquard from them on last april 2018, at that time Mr HARVINDER SINGH of Amar Jacquard told us that they will run our machine within 21 days from the date of delivery. Now its being end of october still any of our machine is not able to run. They used to send their so called employees to run my machine but each and every time they spoiled some parts of our machine and used to go away. Nobody knows perfectly how to run the machines. Even it also happened two of their employees ran out from our company by breaking our main gate and also stolen some money and valuables. Now Mr HARVINDER SINGH and also their other partners Mr JAGMEET SINGH is not receiving our calls and also their so called employees whom they had sent these days we are calling them as well they are telling that they left their job from AMAR JACQUARD which means how they are inter related with each other. Today am all helpless and lost everything. So am telling you all beware of them and don't buy machines from them else be ready to lose everything like me and get harazzed. In this West Bengal many people bought machines from them who are getting harazzed but they are all silent as because they are feared. We really wanted to build a small scale industry so that we can offer some job's to some poor people but because of these company we lost everything and got down to street. Hello, we also using AMAR Brand's machines Rapier Looms and Electronic jacquards since for a long time. First we bought two sets machines( Rapier Looms and jacquards) one and half year before. By the satisfying with their quality and service our machines got started in 20 days. And after 6 months by the good performance of machines, we placed more 8 machines order to them. And its been about 6 months now these machines are running perfectly . So , brother it could be your management problem because we are much satisfied with AMAR JACQUARD company and their team....
