42 years ago, in the heart of a central neighborhood in Ludhiana, our passion for perfection was born. Ever since, we have dedicated ourselves to making tools with the following goal: to become the best manufacturers of Hand Tools in India. Today, BAUM is not only the most renowned brand in India, our products are also successfully competing worldwide in more than 40 countries, including the most demanding one in the world: Germany, USA, Taiwan, Sweden………

Our first manufacturing unit was born 42 years ago as a small workshop manufacturing pipe wrenches and forging for the Indian Defense Agencies. In the initial stages it diversified into manufacturing of Pliers with indigenously developed technology. Today we are undoubtedly the leaders in the Pliers manufacturing industry in India and are working hard to make a dominant position in the world market. IN 1987 the 2nd Unit was established which as on date is the leading Spanners/wrenches manufacturer in India. After four decades BAUM is a leading company that manufactures, distributes and merchandizes tools for every segment of the Hand Tools industry. This year we inaugurated our 3rd manufacturing unit which will incorporate the “BEST PRACTICES” as required by Standards in the most developed countries around the world.

BAUM catalog features more than 1000 articles and is constantly being improved. Our purpose is to offer our clients, a wide range of high quality products, guaranteed by our ceaseless efforts to offer tools with the best quality/price ratio in the market.
