I was promised that their tailor will come to my house(the residence where I was staying as I live outside of India) if any alteration of size was needed. They called me and said that tailor can not come. I had my flight the same day so I rushed from Gurugram to rajouri garden and when I demanded for a ride back home, they had all the excuses not to pay even single penny for the hassle I went through and made me wait there for about 20min. The lady/ owner claimed that I harassed her instead. A business has to regard what they say to the customer and if they can't then atleast make the customer feel comfortable in other ways to make up for it.
