Akash sir is very friendly and outgoing, He personally assists for my customized workout and help me achieve my body goals.
Monish is owner and female trainer who takes group classes of dance as well as yoga which are very refreshing!
I have taken personal training from saiyam, he is expert in training for HIIT workout.

They have almost all the equipments that are needed.
They too have zumba session on Saturdays.
Trainers always listen to their clients and try to make their workout interesting by training them with different workouts.
I highly recommend this place to everyone residing nearby this place.
