★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really advisable not to buy any product from Santosh enterprise. Not only staff but owner is also very arrogant and non coprative . I bought a new ac from them recently. They sent their installation team and refused to sent company service team. His team has asked hefty amount for everysmall element, which anybrand provides for free at the time of installation.
Santosh service team was un experience and forget to connect earthing wire due to which AC caught fire. When we informed this incident to Santosh enterprises they refused to help us and also said that it happens sometimes so nothing to worry. After weeks of followup hitachi team replaced the new AC and informed us that due to mishandling at the time of installation ac caught fire.
In this all time Santosh enterprise owner didn't help us in any ways... My house backside is burnt due to this fire and other damaged other stuffs too. I would recommend not to buy any thing from them.
