Very poor customer care service. Upon so many call and ticket raised there is no resolution to my issue. They just don't care about customers. Just fed up and advise not to buy anything

There was no laptop in the box, thankfully I made a video while unpacking but Amazon still doesn't want to help me. This was rs39000 product my entire years savings. I ordered it via exchange now they took away my old laptop and not refunding me. I work from home and now I don't have a laptop to work, i go to my cousin house and borrow his laptop for work amazon has ripped away everything. The product was repackaged double tape on the box clearly shows it but amazon saying we cannot help you. Who else will help me Amazon? Give me my hard earned money back.
