★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a UK resident and avid customer of Clarks, on my India visit had the most awful experience ever in my life at Clarks ambience mall store. Horribly treated, abused and asked to leave the store by the billing lady Ms Hema at this store, because we just mentioned the shopping experience was poor at the store and asked what is the name of the manager here. The lady at the billing counter took it so personal and made such a big issue, passing personal comments, extremely unprofessional, the store manager Wasim was fully supportive of the act, without even asking us whats the matter called security. Shocked to see such experience at a brand like Clarks. Big turn off to see Clarks has hired such unskilled staff. Highly recommend not to shop at this store, if you cannot deal with unprofessional-ism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic products & very bad customer service. Very late response for the email they will revert after 1 one week to you even their customer care helpline not connecting. Don't purchase Clarks products because their customer service is very dull & pathetic.

They sell defective products as fresh products with the promise of reaplacement within warranty.
The shoes I bought for Rs 10k had their soles coming off with 2 months. When I took them for replacement these frauds said the model is no longer available and I should buy some other shoes(in my case two more pairs as they didn’t have anymore shoes touching 10k price range)

Wait for sale or discount offers.
It will be friendly for you and your pocket too.
Due to over cost I am giving 3 star, otherwise for quality and service I will give 5 Star .

Clarks is a good brand of leather shoes no doubt about that. But here i want to give these 5 stars to the store manager Aman. I was in the store for a pair of coffee brown chelsea boots which were unfortunately out of stock at the store. Aman so beautifully sourced the shoes for me from a store in delhi and bang on time which he committed to. The way he was managing the store and his employees was outstanding. His attitude and energy were exceptional. Please do seek out Aman in this store if u face any issue. I am certain he will solve the problem.
