★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into the shop looking for some nice lip shades for work . However, the only one lady who was present there was sleepy and genuinely disturbed that I wanted to try something. I asked her for some shades and she showed me two and said that's all we have . TWO! Like she didnt want to show me or i was wasting her time. unfortunately i liked one of them and I was in desperate need for it so I told her I would buy it. Only then did the lady wake up and started to show me more colors. Before that she didn't believe I would buy anything and didn't want to wait on me. The attitude of these places including Mac drives me up the wall. Estee Lauder, please improve your staff training.
