★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store in Gurgaon. Never, I repeat NEVER go there. I went there to buy two products, a bb cream and eyeliner. I regret taking suggestion from sales persons there. They forcefully sold me brands I have never used. The eyeliner doesn't stay for more than one hour and the bb cream gave me horrible acne. I wish I had never gone to their bloody store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good cosmetic shop. Here we get needful cosmetic. Basic cosmetic is available here.Here we get almost full range of some of the brand's. We can get Maybelline, L'oreal, colorbar, faces etc products at one store. It's a multi-brand cosmetic store. Here staff is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic and worst staff i have ever seen in my life, i was there at 9:20 and there staff didnt even allowed me in the store and rudely said me from inside “madam band hogaya kal aana” when i said them I specially came for your store and google is showing that store closes at 10pm then why you are not allowing us they replied me “hum kya kare” there were two three people more who said me that “we are here from 10 mins but they are not doing the billing by saying that billing is closed”, when i asked them for the manager number they gave me wrong number. Staff was very rude. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went at the Ambiance Mall New U outlet half an hour ago to buy some liquid lipstick (i have been a regular customer of New U) in the past. I was talking to one rep and all of a sudden one of your male reps started shouting and misbehaving when I asked for a different color from him(very politely ). Do you really even train people before you hire them or even make sure that the don't take out their frustration on customers for no reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice cosmetic shop with a huge stock of items for all ranges. No doubt they have almost everything which a lady must generally be looking for but everything is on MRP. Whereas, there are cosmetic sections in big shops like pantaloons, shoppers stop, etc. where you get small or big discount on almost whole range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent store for ladies products such as lip glosses, lip sticks, and various other essentials in their make up kits.
The staff so friendly , but beware they love to push sales and try hard to make you buys stuff which you may not need right away. I am not saying this is bad, they are good salesmen, so shop wisely.
Also, they have good discounts here.
