I'm Dr.Noor ,dermatologist from India .I happened to visit this store in search of a particular skin repair cream as I usually get it from California but due to COVID I couldn't get one. And the sellers said that I should look for it at SEPHORA temporarily. An executive of theirs named Adil/Atif Khan not sure , landed up in an argument with me that it is impossible to have that cream in this percentage,where he would have just said that they don't have one.Despite of informing him that I'm a dermatologist myself, hence I know my skin,I was being very sober to him but his body language, attitude,arrogance was beyond tolerance,he was not even ready to listen to his colleague who was stopping him.Hence I happened to walk off from the store and saw that the guy and his colleague are passing bad comments on me.
It was a harassment.
I would not recommend any of my clients to visit this store.
So sorry to see SEPHORA hiring and entertaining such people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are nice, staffs are also good but i am rating it 4 stars because the store itself has got older and so the interiors of the store has got a lot of scratches, colours, overused shelfs which make this premium brand store look like any ordinary kirana store.
