★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SHOP BOY of AMBAJI MEDICAL BHANDUP WEST STATION ROAD First he speak rudely with customers, arguing with customers if ask why talk like this, then he is using abuse words, also come out for fighting, don't even think that how to speak with patients if there are another person who is having heart problems then how that patient will be save after this type of behavior i request to shop owner please check CCTV footage of 21 Sept 2016 morning 7:30 how your shop boy doing with customer, also request to medical council look in this matter seriously and take immediate action for such type of behavior medical shop owner, workers should have habit to speak with normal with there customers , there will be serious patient in front of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home delivery is only to attract the customer, but if you say for the home delivery they will just play the game for 3-4 hrs just saying they the will give the home delivery shortly
After 4 hrs they will regret the statement which they have given to you and will say delivery boy is not available......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What does 24 hrs medical mean, a dedicated person should be ready to serve the customer that too in a medical store in a emergency situation, the person inside had a deep sleep, after banging the shutter for atleast 7 min he came with his half eyes open and even not ready to listen what I need, as soon as I asked him the medicine he replyed NO. Then after checking im system he says No, I just asked pls tell me what are u typing on ur keyboard, he again said a wrong medicine name which I never asked for, please know the seriousness of a person coming to medical in odd time. If not dont keep ur store 24 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wud give a negative 5 stars to this medical PATHETIC SERVICE is still a mild word for the services redenered by the staff. I had placed order at 6.30 pm and and its been almost 4 hours they have still not delivered the medicines infact giving false replies that the delivery guy has left for delivery only to know later that they hv not even placed the order. Pls refrain from placing order in case of emergency.
