Very bad service of the outlet. As I called once and I talked to them over phone and due to some issues the phone hungover and I tried calling and no one picked up the call. Tried calling again after some days and no one picked up the phone once again and no call back from ktm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospitality thus not have ktm staff, have a showroom above bajaj but looks like not cleaned for months spider Web rusty handle, no staff, one bike on display ,they do not even have clean ,AC waiting room. ........ Thus not have spairparts even for normal service. .... Mechanic was good well I suppose he was and the only other person who was kind to me was the washing guy who wash the bike ya dont laugh I am serious he was.... These two stars are more than they deserve, they are two because I love the location and I hade fun riding there,, I hope they also read this and improve them "BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING THERE UNTIL THEY ARE IMPROVED "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I bought a KTM 390 DUKE in August 2017 and the staff will pay decent attention to you until you've bought the product but it's a terrible experience when it comes to after sales services, you can't watch your bike while it's being worked on and there's no good waiting room. They won't even clean the vehicle well which is disappointing. I like my bike though, love it actually... So that's good. Other than that it's up to you if you wanna put up with the after sales service. I didn't really like it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst dealership of ktm . Salesperson doesn't have knowledge. mostly they misguide their customers . Even they doesn't know how to behave with customer .they doesn't offer me even water . Due to wrost experience I buy gs310 bmw from Chandigarh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had an 'Okay' experience with them. They are only proactive till you purchase the bike from them but afterwards they are very slow with the rest of the proceedures. I hear the service is good for Bajaj but not good enough for KTM. So, i got my bike serviced from Chandigarh. The sales team is helpful.
