★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting here for 2 hours and my bike service is still not started yet. On first hour my bike was just sitting in their washing area and now its inside service center and no one is started servicing my bike worst experience ever. They are just wasting our time that's it. Worst experience?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuine service centre, always happy to drive bike after servicing? but last service experience was not but I still believe in Goyal Bajaj. After three visit my issue was resolved but "kabhi nahi se der bhali", so my personal suggestions you should service your vehicle at authorised service centre and now come to mechanic and staff, mechanics are doing great at their job. Now come to staff mostly are good but u known that a lady staff at billing desk don't have much patience, don't have control on her tongue ??. Rest Goyal Bajaj doing there best from customer satisfaction, thanks

Your computer operator does not provide correct answers to customer questions. Sometimes you add more price to the bill than MRP.
I am not satisfied with the staff and service at all. Your behavior is different when you sell a bike and something else during service .
Joking with the customer in the name of bike washing.
Please improve ur customer service
